Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires; The Respect He Desperately Needs: My wife and I loved this book on marriage.

You Can Farm: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Start & Succeed in a Farming Enterprise: This is random I know but I had to put one of Joel Salatin books. A farm is part of my dream and this guy has cornered the market on better than organic farming. Love his holistic look at life.

Maxwell Leadership Bible, Revised and Updated I love this Bible. I read this more than anything else. Great notes in the margins of the written Word.
