How did you start/get the gumption to start?
I started college as a traditional business major and during my junior year I heard a guest speaker talk about the growing field of Organization Development. I instantly connected with his message about how to motivate healthy growth and I and changed majors immediately. I guess the gumption came from a sense deep inside my spirit that God has made me to help others become their best.
Comparing self to others and then entertaining thoughts that I don’t have what it takes. These limiting beliefs steal enthusiasm, joy and contribution.
Joshua 1:9 Living Bible
Yes, be bold and strong! Banish fear and doubt! Remember, the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Last piece of advice:
Do what you love with the people you love. Take time to reflect and evaluate priorities. Invest in meaningful relationships. The struggle to develop powerful relationships, whether in business or life, is worth it. Hang in there. You were made to be a key part of an amazing story.
